Your privacy choices

1. What we measured

From October 17 to October 31, 2026, our Breeders' Cup page loaded the Meta Pixel, and when you confirmed a Breeders' Cup signup in a web browser, our server told Meta about it with a hashed copy of your email address. Meta used this to tell us which of our Facebook and Instagram ads led to signups and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. We switched both off on October 31, 2026, so this site sends nothing to Meta now. Our iPhone and Android apps never sent anything to Meta.

Details are in section 2 of our Privacy Policyand in our Cookie Policy.

2. Your choice

If you opt out now, we delete Meta's cookies from this browser. If we switch this measurement back on, your choice still applies: this browser won't load the Meta Pixel and we won't send your signup to Meta. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal. Your choice is saved in a cookie in this browser, so make it again in each browser you use, and again if you clear your cookies. Opting out does not affect your access to the Breeders' Cup cards or the founders list.
