1. What the Service is — and is not

Stridometrics provides data analysis, model-generated picks, "best bet" highlights, and strategy ideas about horse racing. All such content is provided as opinion, for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a guarantee of any result and is not professional financial, investment, or wagering advice.

We do not accept wagers, process bets, or hold, transfer, or manage any funds. We are not a bookmaker, sportsbook, advance-deposit wagering operator, or money transmitter. Any wager you choose to make is made by you, on your own judgment, through a separate and independent operator of your choosing.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your own decisions, including whether to follow, modify, or ignore any pick or suggestion.
• You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any minimum-age and licensing requirements for wagering in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. No guarantee of results

Statistics and performance figures presented anywhere in the Service or our marketing reflect historical, backtested results on cross-validated data. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Outcomes in racing are uncertain, and you may lose money if you choose to wager.

4. Subscriptions, passes, and free trial

Access is sold as passes covering all tracks we model for a defined period (for example daily, weekly, or monthly). Prices and trial terms are described on our pricing page and are subject to change. Any free trial provides limited access (for example, a selection of races for a limited time). Passes expire at the end of their period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; billing is handled by our third-party payment processor.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not resell, redistribute, automatically harvest, or republish the Service's content or data.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security.
• Do not share your account or exceed any device limits associated with it.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its models, outputs, content, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
